Frequently Asked Questions 

What are StixNPops made of?
Marshmallow, royal icing, sugar crystals (thicker sugar). Everything is edible, and pretty!!!

What is the actual stick made of?
The stick we use are  12 ” Paper Sticks (safe for children). Believe with 2 girls under 2, safety is my first priority!

Do you make the marshmallows?
I use some store bought Marshmallows and some home made  (I make them myself)… it depends on what the design asks for!

Allergen info
The storebought marshmallows may have been handled in a factory where peanuts and nuts are processed.


For how long are the StixNpops good? can I refrigerate them?
Our StixNpops are good for 3 months, and no do NOT refrigerate them, humidity does not go well with Marshmallows, store them in a dry place at room temperature.

Packaging
Each StixNpops creation comes wrapped in a cellophane bag tied with silver metallic twist ties. If you want to see how we pack for shipping our StixNpops please go our Categories and click on packaging.

Is there a minimum order quantity?
Yes, the minimum order is a pack of 6. For price details, please visit my Etsy store!

How much in advance do I need to place my order?
I recommend at least 2 weeks in advance. If you have a last minute order, just contact me, I might be able to make your StixNPops, and have them shipped to you in a shorter period of time.

How log does it take you, to make my personalized StixNPops, Shipping and Payment?
It depends on the quantity! small orders 1-10 (5 days)  10-50 (8 days) 50-100 (10 days) 100 + (2 weeks),and your order will shipped immediately, you will receive an email with shipping confirmation, lead time for shipping 5-8 days after being shipped. I will make the transaction once we ship your order, not before!

Shipping
Since each order is made to order, you will receive your order 2 weeks after you have placed your order. Each order is carefully packed and shipped via Fed Ex ground Shipping (5-7 days). Since this product is fragile we use every possible measure to ensure that every StixNpops gets to you looking as good as when it left our location.
We will send each customer a Tracking number, so you can track your order, and know exactly when you will be receiving it. Please make sure someone is at home to receive your package. StixNpops is not responsible for damages to the product if package is left outdoors, and StixNpops does not give refund, nor exchange damaged products due to package being left outdoors.

Do you offer Express or Rush delivery on last minute orders?
Yes we do, just add $1 per StixNpops plus Express Delivery charge, it varies according to your order, based on weight. 

Lead time for orders during Holiday season?
Please place your orders 1 month in advance, let me know the exact date of your event.

Big orders 100 or more?
We recommend placing your order 1 month in advance.

Do you accept Returns or Exchanges?
StixNPops are personalized favors, we do NOT accept returns nor Exchanges.

Refunds and Exchanges on damaged StixNpops
Refunds are given if your product arrives in an unsatisfactory condition such as crushed or has been opened or compromised during the shipping process. If this should occur, please contact me within 24 hours of receiving your item. Client should provide photos of all products as proof for a full refund or a replacement product of your choice.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please contact us and we will work with you to try to  resolve the problem as best we can.
NOTE:
Please make sure someone is at home to receive your package. StixNpops is not responsible for damages to the product if package is left outdoors, and StixNpops does not give refund, nor exchange for damaged products due to package being left outdoors. Please track your package!


Refund on Shipping Charges 
Shipping Charges are not refundable.


Shipping delays due to Inclement Weather
We strive to meet your deadline, and we use all of our efforts to send your order on time for your Party, if your order does not arrive on time for your party due to inclement weather we are not responsible for that delay, and do not accept returns, exchanges nor reimbursements.


Can I send you my party Photos? will I receive anything in return for sending you my photos?
Yes, please send us your Party photos, and also some of your guests enjoying your personalized StixNpops. I will make a digital scrapbook design with your photos!!
For sending us your photos…we will post them in our Blog!!!

Do you sell Wholesale?
Yes, we do. We have special pricing for wholesale orders. Contact us for more information.

Do you give discounts to Party and Event Planners?
Yes, we give discounts to Party and Event Planners who buy in a regular from us. Contact us for more information. 

Custom Orders
We will gladly discuss custom orders for corporate gifts, weddings, special occasions or gifts. Please feel free to contact us in regard to custom items.
